Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated June 26, 2026
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the public Invarra website, public research notes, IPB pages, report-status pages, and contact flows. Paid audit engagements, vendor previews, private reports, and client work are governed by separate written agreements.
Public materials are not certification
Invarra public materials describe protocol-specific behavior evidence, benchmark methodology, research framing, and audit boundaries. They do not certify global model safety, guarantee compliance, replace professional legal, security, medical, financial, regulatory, or procurement review, or rank all models objectively across all tasks.
IPB reports, when released, must be read with their declared domain, protocol version, corpus version, expected-behavior contract, coverage gates, caveats, release status, public non-claims, and disclosure boundaries.
No professional advice
The website is informational. It is not legal, regulatory, security, medical, financial, compliance, procurement, or engineering advice for a specific deployment. You are responsible for independent review before relying on public materials for business or deployment decisions.
Inquiry submissions
If you contact Invarra, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share the information you provide. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, private client materials, proprietary corpora, sensitive model outputs, or confidential information through the public contact flow unless Invarra has agreed in writing to receive it through an approved channel.
Information sent before a written agreement is in place is treated as business inquiry material, not as a confidential audit submission. Invarra may use inquiry information to respond, evaluate fit, protect the website, and keep ordinary business records.
Intellectual property
The website, Invarra name, logos, text, diagrams, research framing, benchmark descriptions, and report formats are owned by Invarra or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, resell, misrepresent, or use the materials to imply endorsement or certification.
Public samples and public-safe examples are illustrative. They do not grant access to private corpora, generation machinery, held-out challenge sets, scoring systems, client materials, or future test material.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website to attack infrastructure, disrupt service, bypass access controls, scrape at abusive rates, probe non-public endpoints, upload malicious content, impersonate Invarra, misstate report status, remove attribution, or attempt to reconstruct private benchmark material from public disclosures.
Do not use public Invarra materials to claim that a model, vendor, deployment, or organization is certified, approved, safe, compliant, or endorsed unless Invarra has issued that statement in writing.
Security reports
Security issues can be reported to contact@invarra.ai. Reports should include enough detail to reproduce the issue without accessing, modifying, deleting, or exfiltrating data and without degrading service for other users.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on third-party hosting, DNS, security, email, and repository services, and it may link to third-party materials. Invarra is not responsible for third-party sites, services, policies, or content.
Availability and changes
The public website may change, move, become unavailable, or contain outdated report status while publication work is in progress. Invarra may update pages, links, report schedules, caveats, and these Terms as needed.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invarra disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and suitability for any deployment decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invarra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or business-interruption damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or model performance, arising from use of the public website or public materials.
